Metalluminia srl is a Company that been operating for over 30 years in the field of the non ferrous and ferrous metal, which includes processing/distributions of semi-finished Aluminum (and its alloys) products, and semi-finished Stainless Steel products, mainly as Precision strips and thin narrow strips.
The production capacity is 18000 ton yearly with a working shift.
The production facilities and sales offices are placed in Cardano al Campo (VA) in an area of approximately of 20,000 m2 of which 11,000 m2 covered.
Metalluminia srl is one of the most important European Services Centre, for flat rolled products, processing and distribution with many efficient working lines (cold mill; embossing mill; belt saw machines; slitter; tension leveller; circles blanking and shearing; annealing oven). Metalluminia have efficient facilities in coils, strips, sheets, embossed and circles products processes.
The Metalluminia staff has accumulated significant experience and skills in the processing of the main products, in addition to the delicacy of the material; there are special needs from the customers on the basis of end-use often critical.
Are being produced in the Cardano al Campo (VA) Plant, several products with different tempers and finishes, performing to the following processes:
- Cold rolling
- Embossing mill
- Belt saw machine

- Blanking

- Leveling
- Annealing of aluminum (in monitored nitrogen atmosphere)
